Description : The annual Miss & Mister South East Asia International 2011/12 Pageant Contest will be held from 2nd August to 7th August 2011 at Hard Rock Hotel Penang.
The event is organized by T-Mo Sdn Bhd, a modeling and event management company. The Grand Finale will be held on the 7th of August 2011.
The contest aims to promote Penang as a beautiful tourist destination and to convey a message of unity and friendship within different countries.
An estimated number of 20 to 25 contestants from 8 participating countries are participating in this contest, amongst them are India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines and Indonesia. They will be groomed in an extensive 6 days promotional activities tour programme for the grand finale show. One of these activities will require contestants to wear their national costume as a way to promote their country’s beautiful culture.
The pageant is only opened to VIPs, sponsors and RSVP invites. A limited number of entry tickets are available for the public to purchase.
