Why attend this course?
The Nutrition Care Process (NCP) is a standardised model intended to
guide dietitians in providing high quality nutrition care. International
Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology (IDNT) is the standardised language
used to support the Nutrition Care Process. Both the process and
terminology were developed in the US where the American Dietetic
Association has led the implementation.
The International Medical University together with the Malaysian
Dietitians’ Association & the American Overseas Dietetic Association
is proud to bring this training workshop to Malaysia and support local
dietitians in implementing the NCP and IDNT in clinical practice.
This course will equip dietitians to implement the Nutrition Care
Process, and the standardised language including identifying
appropriate nutrition diagnosis and writing PES statements.
